Kant'i Playa Food Truck
We worked with Kant’i Playa, a food truck located at the iconic Klein Knip beach in Curaçao, to craft a full visual identity rooted in the natural beauty of the island. From logo design to brand patterns, every element reflects the relaxed, flavorful, and colorful atmosphere of beach life—with a design that resonates with both locals and tourists.
For Kant’i Playa, a beachside food truck located at the picturesque Klein Knip in Curaçao, we developed a full brand identity that captures the essence of its environment and audience. The goal was to create a visual experience that resonates with both locals and tourists, while staying true to the laid-back, flavorful vibe of Curaçao’s beach culture. 🌴☀️
The color palette draws directly from the natural surroundings:
🧡 A warm sunset orange reflects the golden hour glow often seen at the beach.
💙 Deep and soft blues echo the ocean and clear island skies.
🏖️ A light tannish white evokes the soft sands of Klein Knip.
The logo design features a custom, hand-crafted type style that feels playful yet clean—striking a balance between casual and professional to appeal to a wide beachgoing audience. As a nod to the location, we included a kenepa fruit in the logo submark, reinforcing the connection to the beach (Playa Kenepa) and Curaçao’s natural roots.
To complement the core identity, we designed a pattern element built from illustrations of menu items—adding a fun, branded touch that can be used across packaging, merchandise, and the truck itself. The result is a cohesive visual language that feels fresh, tropical, and full of character.
